Project positioning employs the combination model of "Office+Commercial Street+Commercial Podium". Aiming at creating a high-level, comprehensive shopping, leisure and business center with strong radiation effect, this project is developed and built by Shanghai Greenland Croup as an important project for business blueprint of northern Shanghai.
The project covers 32,133㎡ land area with a construction area of 120,000㎡. Currently, this project has been completed , and put into operation January 2012.
